Use these tools for free to stay in control
Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, a 24-hour cooling-off period applies — giving you time to reconsider.
Decide in advance the maximum amount you want to bet within a given period. Once that limit is reached, the system will automatically stop accepting bets. It's the simplest way to stay in control of your spending.
Enable this feature to automatically stop gameplay once you've reached a set loss limit. It's an effective way to prevent chasing losses. The same Cooling-Off rules apply if you want to change the setting.
A notification will appear every 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours — summarising your session length, total bets placed, and profit or loss. It's easy to lose track of time while playing; this tool brings that awareness back.
Feel like you need a short break? Take time away from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days. Your account stays active during this time, but you won't be able to place bets. Once the break ends, it lifts automatically.
For a longer break — request self-exclusion for anywhere between 3 months and 5 years. Your account will be fully suspended during this period. Even after it expires, you'll need customer support approval to reactivate.
After logging in to 7778, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Look for the "Responsible Gaming" option in the menu and click on it.
Enter the amount or time period and confirm — it takes effect immediately.
Self-exclusion requests can be submitted directly to customer support — via live chat or support@7778.world. Requests take effect within 30 minutes of submission.
